How does it work?
List 2 ways: online (credit card) or by appointment (credit card or check). Listing online is faster. Your webpage on our website can be activated immediately upon payment. Or, your may call for an appointment. In both cases, have your information collected such as latest tax bill, descriptive narrative of your home, or any other pertinent information. A yard sign will be delivered within a few business days of placing your listing. See detailed steps below.

Listing Online
- Read what's included in your listing.
- Read our service agreement.
- Mark the location, free of underground utilities, where you want us to place your yard sign and call Digger's Hotline at 1-800-242-8511, in Wisconsin.
- Take up to 8 pictures of your property which you may upload from the Property Registration Form. (All subsequent steps will follow automatically from this step.)
- Specify a telephone number for your yard sign.
- Select the services you want to purchase.
- Select payment method (credit card) .
- Create and edit your listing.
- We will contact you to set up an appointment to come to the property to sign the MLS listing contract. Your property will be placed on the MLS in 1-2 business days.

Listing by Appointment Only
- Read what's included in your listing.
- Read our service agreement.
- Mark the location, free of underground utilities, where you want us to place your yard sign and call Digger's Hotline at 1-800-242-8511 in Wisconsin.
- Print and fill out the Property Registration Form.
- Call us to set up an appointment to come to the property to sign the MLS listing contract and take photos. Your property will be placed on the MLS and our website, and a sign installed in 1-2 business days.
