Lance Dembraski

Growing up in the small town of Rollingstone, MN, Lance aspired to be in real estate at a young age, reading industry books and magazines in middle school. His independent and entrepreneurial mindset led him to start his own successful construction business at 21, gaining valuable experience in sales, problem solving, negotiating, project management, and customer and employee relations. After eight years, the time was right for him to make his jump into real estate and he’s never looked back.

Lance began his real estate career at Century 21 in June 2009, where he became licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, earned his ABR and GRI designations and received his brokerage license in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. In 2014, he was presented with the opportunity to purchase LaCrosse By Owner (LBO). With the ever-changing real estate market, he knew it was the right time to make the leap; he wanted to offer his clients more options, at a great price. Quadrupling their business in just one year, LBO has helped saved their clients thousands of dollars, built lasting relationships and left a significant footprint on the La Crosse real estate market.

Lance resides in West Salem with his beautiful wife Carissa, their daughter Rory and four furry friends. They are also expecting another child in late February. In his free time, Lance enjoys good music, traveling, playing every sport from golf to snowboarding, reading, spending time with family and friends and just enjoying life!
